200YTT, Potter

Alyssa Durigon is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO #16503), practicing expressive art therapist, and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher whose work is rooted in creativity, embodied awareness, and meaningful relationships. She is currently completing her expressive arts therapy practicum as a member of the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association (IEATA) and has begun her PhD in Expressive Arts Therapy. Her learning continues to be shaped by Indigenous wisdoms, intentional connection in community and spiritual practices that connect us to earth. Away from her practice, she finds joy in working with clay, where each piece reminds her of the value of patience, resilience, and beginning again. Whether she's exploring nature, experimenting in the kitchen, or gathering with friends and family, she values the simple moments that nourish connection, creativity, and wonder.
